All orders are sent via recorded delivery using FedEx shipment service and shipped from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia. Orders take an estimated 4 -12 business days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.
We are not responsible for lost packages. In this instance, the customer has to file claim to the shipping expedition.

Tann Line swimwear is made with love and should be cared for with love. To prolong the life of your swimwear please: always rinse in clean cold fresh water after use and dry in the shade.
To remove perspiration and suntan lotions/oils, hand wash using cold water and a mild detergent suitable for swimwear.
- Do not use fabric softener or bleach
- Never leave to soak or rolled up wet.
- Avoid abrasive surfaces, excessive contact with suntan oils and lotions and over chlorinated pools.
- Do not dry clean, iron, spin or tumble dry.
- Do not leave directly in the sun for any extended periods of time as it will fade very quickly.
