PRE ORDERS 

By placing a pre-order from our collection you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment:
• Full payment is required to secure your items.
2. Availability:
• Pre-order availability is limited. Items are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. 
• The pre-order items are shipped as soon as we can, usually within 3 weeks after passing an order. If the delay happens to be longer, our customer service will get in touch with you to inform you. 
3. Cancellations & Changes:
• Once your pre-order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
4. Shipping Information:
• Ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
