*IMPORTANT*

Please read carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

 

  • All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages. In this instance, the customer has to file claim to the shipping expedition. 
  • Any taxes or duties that incur within the returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

Please send us an email at returns@tann-line.com along with an unboxing video of the item and please explain the problem with as much detail as possible.

The issue must be addressed within 7 days upon receiving. Please note that the product must be returned unused, complete with hygiene stickers in place (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags.

If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a store credit or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.

Once confirmation for return or replacement has been given by Tann Line, please send items to the following address and send us an email with proof of postage and the tracking number.

REFUNDS

Tann Line allows refunds in the form of gift card or to the original payment method.

If you want to exchange or replace the item for another item, a gift card in the full item price will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned items. you will have 28 days to make another purchase.

If you want to issue a refund to the original form of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

Items that are returned not in sale-able condition will be sent back and no credit or refund will be issued.

 

*Failure to comply with any of our requests will result in rejection of the return/refund.
