Returns Policy

*IMPORTANT*

Please read carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms. These terms only apply to the products purchased on our website. 

 

  • All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and are at the customer's expense unless we are responsible for the return.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages. In this instance, the customer has to file claim to the shipping expedition. 
  • Any taxes or duties that incur within the returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Please send us an email at returns@tann-line.com along with pictures or a video of the item(s) and please explain the problem with as much detail as possible.

The issue must be addressed within 7 days upon receiving. Please note that the product(s) must be returned unused and in original packaging including all tags.

  • If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received by our customer service department, we will organise the sending of a new one.

  • Once confirmation for return or replacement has been given by Tann Line, please send items to the address below and send us an email with proof of postage and the tracking number. Please note we won’t be able to confirm a return without receiving the tracking number.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Tann Line allows refunds in the form of gift cards or to the original payment method.

A gift card in the full item price can be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned items. You will have 3 months to make another purchase.

If you want to issue a refund to the original form of payment, returns for a refund will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed upon receipt of the returned items.

  • For an exchange for another item, our Stock department will send you the new item(s) within 7 business days upon receipt of the returned items. 
  • Items that are returned not in sale-able condition will be sent back and no credit or refund will be issued.

 

CHANGES TO RETURNS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify or update this returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

It is your responsibility to review this returns policy periodically for any updates or changes. Continued purchase of our products after any modifications to the returns policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
