Returns Policy

IMPORTANT

Please read carefully.

Once a purchase is made, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms. These apply to all products purchased on our website tann-line.com.

BLACK FRIDAY SALES POLICY

  • Sale Period: Valid from Monday, 25th November, to Monday, 2nd December. Discounts apply only to orders during this period.
  • Final Sale: All Black Friday purchases are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before passing an order.
  • Discount Restrictions: Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, or loyalty rewards.
  • Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items to info@tann-line.com within 7 days of receipt. Only replacements or store credit will be provided.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

  • FINAL SALE: All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for products bought using the discount code TANNLINE15)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and at the customer’s expense unless we are responsible for the return.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages; customers must file claims with the shipping carrier.
  • Any taxes or duties incurred during returns are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Email us at returns@tann-line.com with an unboxing video of the item, pictures and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days after receipt.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags and hygienic stickers included.
  • For faulty items, include the original invoice and a fault description. Approved returns will be replaced or our team will inform you of alternative solutions.

  • Please email proof of postage and tracking number. Untracked returns will not be processed.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

  • Refunds are available as gift cards (full item price, valid for 2 months) or to the original payment method (15% restocking fee applies and will be deducted from the refund amount).
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned items.
  • Items not in saleable condition will be returned without credit or refund.

CHANGES TO POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued purchases indicate acceptance of updated terms.
