Tann Line allows exchanges or returns made from direct web purchases.
If you want to exchange the item for another item an online store credit will be issued within 2 to 3 business working days upon receipt of the returned items, you will have 28 days to make another purchase.
In the first instance, please email email@example.com to request an authorisation form for the return/exchange.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, complete with hygiene stickers in place (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags. Failure to comply with this request will result in rejection of the credit/return.
Tann Line is not responsible for any shipping costs related to your return or exchange items. It is also not responsible for loss of goods in transit.
All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed. Please note we inspect the garment before shipping.
