RETURNS POLICY

Please read carefully before making a purchase.

 

FINAL SALE

All sale items and orders placed using promotional codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exception: orders placed with code TANNLINE15.

 

RETURNS PROCESS 

To request a return, email info@tann-line.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

- Clear images of the item

- A brief reason for return

Items must be returned:

- Unused and unworn

- In original packaging

- With all tags and hygiene stickers intact

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

 

FAULTS

If your item is faulty, please include your invoice and details of the issue.

Approved items will be replaced or resolved accordingly.

We video all of our orders during packing for quality control.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS 

UK: Return address provided upon request (courier of your choice)

Indonesia: Returns must be sent via FedEx only

 

Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for lost returns.

 

REFUNDS

Returns are processed once received and approved.

Please allow up to 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

FEES

A $10 restocking fee deduction of your total  order applies to all approved returns.

 

IMPORTANT

Returns must be approved before shipping and include all required documentation.

Items sent without approval may be refused.
