Please read carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
Tann Line allows exchanges or returns made from direct web purchases.
You can choose to receive a gift card in the same amount or have the original payment method refunded.
If you want to exchange or replace the item for another item, a gift card will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt of the returned items. you will have 28 days to make another purchase.
Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the first instance, please email email@example.com to request a shipping label for the return/exchange. Please send us an email along with a photo or video of the item and please explain the problem with as much detail as possible.
The issue must be addressed within 3 days upon receiving. Please note that the product must be returned unused, complete with hygiene stickers in place (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags. Failure to comply with this request will result in rejection of the credit/return.
If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
Please allow 7-10 days to process the refund/replacement after we received the returned items.
All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Tann Line is allowed to make an exception to authorise a refund with no return on domestic or international orders for customers with valid cases based on our consideration.
*Tann Line is allowed to reject/cancel future orders from customers who are not willing to comply with our policy.
