For purchases made from our website, Tann Line offers on-line store credits only. An online store credit will be issued within 2 to 3 business working days upon receipt of the returned items.
In the first instance, please email email@example.com to request an authorisation form for the return. Please make sure you print, fill out and place the authorised form in the returning package so that we can issue you with an online-store credit.
Please note that the product must be returned unused, complete with hygiene stickers in place (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and in original packaging including all tags. Failure to comply with this request will result in rejection of the credit.
All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code cannot be returned or exchanged. Tann Line is not responsible for any shipping costs related to your return or exchange items. It is also not responsible for loss of goods in transit. Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty.
If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice (printed from your online order), along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund.
