IMPORTANT

Please read carefully.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

  • FINAL SALE : All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotional code, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Except for products bought using the discount code TANNLINE15)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and at the customer’s expense unless we are responsible for the return.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages; customers must file claims with the shipping carrier.
  • Any taxes or duties incurred during returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Once a purchase is made, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms. These apply to all products purchased on our website tann-line.com.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Email us at info@tann-line.com with an unboxing video of the item, pictures and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days after receipt.
  • Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags and hygienic stickers included.
  • For faulty items, include the original invoice and a fault description. Approved returns will be replaced or our team will inform you of alternative solutions.
  • The customer has the option to return the items to a return address that is most convenient for them, using the courier service of their choice.

Please ensure to include all necessary information when returning the product. 
To process the return to Indonesia, please email our team so we can arrange return shipping from the country of departure (Indonesia).

  • If sending item back to Indonesia we use FedEx as our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider, meaning only FedEx will handle return items. This ensures that no clearance VAT is charged in the departure country (Indonesia). If customer sends with another courier they will be responsible for the VAT
  • Our team will submit a AWB (Air Waybill) request under Tann Line with an AWB import, noting the AWB export and PEB/NPE (from the initial shipment to you). However, the customer must provide their FedEx account details to cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you do not have a FedEx account, our team can assist with arranging the return shipment under the same procedure. In this case : 
    - All return costs, including return shipping fees and applicable taxes (PPH and VAT), will be the customer's responsibility.
    - These costs will be deducted from your original "ITEMS" payment only excluded shipping fee.
    - Additionally, a 15% restocking and administration fee will also be also deducted from the item total.
  • Please email proof of postage and tracking number. Untracked returns will not be processed.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are available to the original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned items.
  • Items not in sellable condition will be returned without credit or refund.
