Shipping Policy

International Shipping:

 

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in the United States and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tannline does not collect or prepay these charges. FedEx or U.S. Customs will contact you directly if payment is required before delivery.

Taxes:

If there are further import duties, VAT excise or other import taxes on entry into the customers respective country, Tann Line will not be liable for these extra charges and duties. Please check with your local authorities as to what these charges may be. 

International Delivery Charges:

For our customers convenience, Tann Line offers flat rate delivery charges as the following.

Zone 1 - Indonesia - Free
Zone 2 – Asia - $15
Zone 3 – Australia/New Zealand -$20
Zone 4 – USA - $20
Zone 5 - Europe - $20
Zone 6 - Rest of the world - $25

 

Orders over $200 is free of delivery charges
