Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Once you receive the shipment, you may refer to our returns policy for further assistance.

2. Video Call Verification

To verify your phone number and identity, you will receive instructions to initiate a video call during our business hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+8). During the video call, our representative will guide you through the verification process and ask you to present a valid ID. This step is necessary to proceed with your cancellation request.

If you fail to complete the video call verification process or provide a valid ID, it may result in a rejection of your cancellation request. We have implemented these verification measures to prevent spam orders and ensure a streamlined order processing system. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we remain committed to assisting you to the best of our abilities.

3. Cancellation Charges

In case of cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid. This fee is designed to cover administrative costs and any losses incurred due to the cancellation.

If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from any refunds owed to you. If the cancellation fee exceeds the amount you have already paid, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.

4. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days from the date of cancellation approval.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment processor in relation to the refund.
